Marketing Policy

As a licensed supplier under the UK Gambling Commission, Indoor Games Limited is committed to ensuring that all our marketing and advertising activities are socially responsible, fair, and transparent.

    1. Core Principles

All advertising and marketing materials produced by the Company must:

    • Comply with the UK Advertising Codes (CAP and BCAP codes).
    • Not target or appeal directly to children or young persons under the age of 18.
    • Not feature anyone who is, or seems to be, under 25 years old.
    • Not portray, condone, or encourage gambling behavior that is socially irresponsible or could lead to financial, social, or emotional harm.
    • Always include prominently displayed 18+ symbols and safer gambling messaging (e.g., BeGambleAware.org).

    2. B2B Marketing

Our primary marketing efforts are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B), targeting venue owners, landlords, and club committees. When communicating our services and profit-share models, we ensure that:

    • All claims regarding potential revenue or machine performance are factually accurate and not exaggerated.
    • The terms of our profit-share agreements are presented transparently without hidden fees.

    3. Direct Marketing

We only engage in direct marketing (e.g., email newsletters, SMS) with individuals who have explicitly opted in or where a legitimate B2B relationship exists.

Every direct marketing communication includes a clear, simple method to "opt-out" or unsubscribe from future communications. We process all opt-out requests immediately.

    4. Venue Advertising Support

When we provide promotional materials (such as posters or digital screen graphics) for venues to display near our equipment, we guarantee that these materials strictly adhere to the social responsibility codes and clearly feature safer gambling information.

    5. Review and Compliance

All marketing campaigns and materials are reviewed and signed off by our Compliance Officer prior to publication or distribution to ensure they meet the standards set by the Gambling Commission.
