Safer Gambling Policy

Indoor Games Limited is fully committed to promoting safer gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. We operate strictly within the licensing objectives set out in the Gambling Act 2005.

1. Protection of Minors

We are dedicated to preventing underage gambling. As part of our service to venues:

• We clearly label all Category C and Category B4 gaming machines with "No Under 18s" signage.
• We advise venue management on the strategic placement of machines so they remain within the line of sight of bar staff to facilitate age verification (Challenge 25).
• We do not supply age-restricted gaming machines to venues where children are the primary demographic.

2. Identifying and Supporting Problem Gamblers

While we are the supplier and not the venue operator, we share the responsibility of customer care:

• All our gaming machines display clear links and contact information for GamCare and BeGambleAware.
• We provide awareness materials and guidance to venue staff on how to identify signs of problem gambling.
• Our digital machines feature built-in reality checks and time/spend limits where applicable under technical standards.

3. Staff Training

All Indoor Games Limited staff, particularly our field engineers and collectors, receive mandatory annual training on social responsibility, the licensing objectives, and how to report concerns regarding underage or problem gambling observed at client venues.
